Hello, I'm Dilara Koçak, my passion for nutrition started at Hacettepe University in 1990, first I learned how to feed our body healthy in the light of positive science. Then I raised the child in me with the complementary effect of nourishing the soul and mind.

I learned from my mistakes, I improved with my shortcomings, I always questioned what I could do better. I have reached many individuals, communities, and companies, my goal being to improve and improve their health.

My perspective on my profession today is not the same as when I first started school or even when I graduated. 

Knowing and being able to tell, being a guide, and being an inspiration is very different. In this process, I tried to walk hand in hand with my clients and find permanent solutions, the truth is that I learned a lot from them. 

In recent years, I have focused on feeding the future and the planet, protecting our traditions, supporting local production, supporting women producers, and raising awareness about food waste. 

Encouraging practical recipes, delicious and healthy examples about healthy nutrition, and cuisine are very effective in increasing motivation and creating a sustainable nutrition model. 

That's why, in our DK Shop selections, we gave priority to the recipes that are good for my clients with 30 years of experience and the products that I love to use at home. For those who cannot cook the recipes I recommend in diets at home, we have taken the responsibility of delivering our products, whose nutritional value and production quality are meticulously planned, to all over Turkey. 

In line with my work for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, our DK Shop products also support our “Feed the Future” social movement. With our products, we contribute to the Basic Needs Association, which is the food banking system, for the #endtohunger goal.

In this journey we have embarked on, our mistakes may be missing, but you can be sure that we will work hard to correct and improve, also, it is my greatest wish that DK Shop products will be created with your choices, so I will look forward to your suggestions and recommendations.
