THE GOOD WILD TRANSACTION GUIDE

This Transaction Guide (“Guide” henceforth) is prepared by FONKA GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. (“The Good Wild” henceforth) under Article 7 of the Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce. It aims to inform you about the technical steps you need to follow for the formation of a distance sales contract, the information that will be presented to you before completing your order, the cancellation and return process, current promotional information of The Good Wild, and other matters for your shopping via  <www.thegoodwild.co> website and/or The Good Wild mobile application.

You can perform all transactions that you can do on the  <www.thegoodwild.co> website through The Good Wild mobile application as well. The mobile application can be downloaded from the Apple Store for devices with an Apple operating system and from Google Play for devices with an Android operating system.

2. USING THE WEBSITE AND TECHNICAL STEPS RELATED TO THE FORMATION OF THE DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

Below is the information on the technical steps you will follow from the membership stage to the completion of your order through The Good Wild website and/or The Good Wild mobile application:

2.1. Membership to the Website

If you are not a member of the  <www.thegoodwild.co<> website, you can complete your membership by filling in the blanks on the membership page that appears when you click the “Sign Up” button on the homepage of the site and/or The Good Wild mobile application or on the quick membership page that appears when you click the “Login” button.

2.2. Shopping Applications

After logging in to the website and/or The Good Wild mobile application, you can:

  • Update your membership information, change your password, add or change your address information in the “My Account Settings” section.
  • View the details and status of your orders in the “My Orders” section.
  • Conduct your return processes in the “My Return Requests” section.
  • See the products in your shopping cart in the “My Shopping Cart” section.
  • Add products you like to your “Favorites”.
  • Create lists of products you want in the “My Wish Lists” section.
  • Create lists for notifications when the price of the products you like drops in the “Price Alarm List” section.
  • Create lists for notifications when out-of-stock products are restocked in the “Stock Alarm List” section.
  • Find information about the bonus points and/or gift vouchers assigned to you in the “Bonus Points / Gift Voucher” section.
  • Create support requests regarding your purchases, products, etc., in the “My Support Requests” section.

2.3. Product Selection

After logging in to the website and/or The Good Wild mobile application, you can access “product photos, product description, product features, product price information, and the section where you can write your views and suggestions about the products” by clicking on the products offered for sale by The Good Wild in the “Products” section.

2.4. Placing an Order

When you select products by clicking the “Add to Cart” button in the “Products” section, the selected products are added to your shopping cart. You can access the selected products by clicking the “Shopping Cart” button. If you wish to purchase these products, you are directed to the Shopping Transactions section by clicking the “Complete Order” button. In this section, you can enter your delivery address and invoice address or select an address if you have previously entered this information. You can see the cargo company information to be used for product delivery in the same section, send a note related to the order if you have one, and choose your payment method (credit card, debit card, wire transfer, payment at the door, or payment institution information) in the payment options part where your order summary information is shown. You complete your shopping transaction by selecting your preferred payment method, clicking the box next to the “Shopping Enlightenment Text, Preliminary Information Form, and Distance Sales Contract”, entering the required information in the blanks that appear, and clicking the “Pay” button showing the total payment amount. After completing your shopping transaction, a “Your order has been successfully received” notification along with your “order summary” and “Distance Sales Contract and Preliminary Information Form” related to your order is sent to your email address.

2.4.1

If you prefer, you can also place orders through other online sales channels used by The Good Wild. In this case, the “Enlightenment Text, Preliminary Information Form, and Distance Sales Contract” will be sent to you through the sales channel used, and placing an order means you accept the content of these documents.

2.4.2

If you choose the Payment at the Door method, a code will be sent to the mobile phone number registered in the system via SMS. Your order record is created by entering this code and completing the other steps required by the Contract. Additional fees may be requested from you if you choose the Payment at the Door method. If the product you purchased is returnable and you choose to use your right of return, the additional fee will not be refunded.

3. ACCESS TO ORDER DOCUMENTS

After completing your shopping transactions, the “Distance Sales Contract and Preliminary Information Form” related to your order is sent to your email address and is also available in the “My Orders” section for access after the shopping time. These documents are stored by The Good Wild for the statute of limitations required by the legislation.

4. TOOLS FOR CORRECTING ERRORS IN DATA ENTRIES MADE UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF THE ORDER

You can update your membership information, change your password, add or change your address information in the “My Account Settings” section within the website and/or The Good Wild mobile application. If you think there is an error in the products you have selected to order in your shopping cart, you can remove products from the cart, change the number of products, or add new products. If you think there is an error in the data entry after completing your shopping transaction, you can create a request related to the issue in the “My Support Requests” section within the website and/or The Good Wild mobile application, send an email from the email address you used for membership to [email protected], or communicate your request to the contact number 08503073334.

5. PRIVACY RULES RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA, OTHER DECLARATIONS, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION METHODS

The Good Wild collects data with the quality of personal data under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data when you use the website and/or mobile application. You can find information on “the identity of the data controller, the purpose of processing personal data, to whom and for what purposes the personal data may be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data, and the rights arising from Law No. 6698” in the enlightenment texts presented to you before the data collection activity and at any time from the KVKK section on the homepage of the website.

The Good Wild takes the necessary measures in accordance with Law No. 6698 and the guides and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority regarding the collected personal data.

In case of disputes arising from the distance sales contract between you and The Good Wild, Istanbul Central Courts and enforcement offices are authorized. For applications to be made in 2023, the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized for disputes below 66,000 Turkish Liras. Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within provincial borders, and District Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within district borders. Applications can be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee located where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was made. If a Consumer Arbitration Committee has not been established in the district where the application can be made, applications can be made to the district governorship. Applications are recorded in the Consumer Information System without delay by the governorships and forwarded to the Consumer Arbitration Committee authorized by the Ministry.

For disputes over 66,000 Turkish Liras in 2023, consumer arbitration committees cannot be applied to for resolution. For the resolution of such disputes, it is necessary to apply to consumer courts or, where there are no consumer courts, to civil courts of first instance, sequentially after compulsory mediation according to Article 73/A of Law No. 6502.

The monetary limits mentioned in this section will be increased at the revaluation rate determined and announced at the beginning of each calendar year according to Article 68 of Law No. 6502, taking into account Article 298 of the Tax Procedure Law.
